My Sentinel 😸……..…...North Cascade Wanderings

Cyle is a very pretty boy who loves a good fire! Most of the time in the evening, you will find him either asleep at one of the legs of the wood stove, wrapped around @silvertop’s hikers (why—I’ll never know! He puts his feet in those, Cyle!), or perhaps even asleep under the wood stove! 🙀🔥 Last night however before he curled up, he was sitting beside the wood stove sandwiched between it and the firewood. He looked pretty much like a statue, lol!

Silly kitty! 😻

Work was busy but with a couple of breaks now and again. I enjoy days like this.

Yesterday, I promised a couple more photos of the displays at Lowe’s. I think they are hitting on the kids of the early to mid-60s given the subject matter of the decorations.

Snowman looks like Burl Ives and the characters are from Rudolph airing on December 6, 1964.

Frosty characters from the 1969 Frosty The Snowman.

Jumping subjects yet again— my dirt-less amaryllis is growing!!

My steps today:

I guess that’s gonna do it for now. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day wherever you are! 🙏🌏🙏

You are my hiding place and my shield;
I put my hope in Your word.
