They cut my power and lie about it

Sharing my experience with the increasing unreliability of getting basic utilities to my family home in BC Canada. More and more, electricity, gas, water, phone and internet are regularly shut off without notice. The consequences for my household go beyond mere inconvenience, even though we haven't done anything wrong. We're frustrated that we don't seem to have any recourse, and it's getting worse all the time. This kind of thing didn't happen when I was a kid here in the 80s.
