Blurt.pl is an informational and hobby website about the Blurt blockchain, social tools and educational materials. It is not an online store and it does not use cookies for mass marketing profiling by default.

Only necessary cookies are enabled by default. Google Analytics and Google AdSense start only after the user gives the relevant consent. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.

5. Google Analytics and Google AdSense

Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. Google AdSense / Google ads are loaded only after marketing consent. If the user selects “Necessary only”, these Google scripts are not started. When consent is withdrawn, typical first-party Google Analytics and Google AdSense cookies are removed by the website script where technically possible.

6. External links, YouTube and the Presearch banner

The website may contain external links and promotional or referral materials, in particular the Presearch banner. The banner may be loaded from the external domain of the advertising material provider. Clicking the banner takes the user outside Blurt.pl. Blurt.pl is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

The website may embed YouTube videos. They are embedded using the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com, which limits YouTube tracking before the user interacts with the player. After playing a video, YouTube/Google may process data according to its own terms.

7. Server logs

Server logs may be stored for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. They are not used for marketing profiling.

8. User rights

Where applicable, the user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection or data portability. The user may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.

9. Managing consent

Consent can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” button visible after the first choice is saved.
